How I Combat Doom Scrolling

Hang out with me while I explain how I combat doom scrolling, cut back on screen time, and ultimately reconnect with myself again. I've cut back on screen time, cut back on drinking, and the results are wonderful. I feel more focused. I feel more energized. I feel creative again. I find myself present in my body again.
